CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (“CEMEX”) (NYSE: CX) announced today that it received the Ramazzini & Carvalho Award for its urban transformation resilience strategy and its products and services that contribute to build resilient societies. The award was presented at the ARISE Mexico Forum: Resilience for all.
The Award recognizes CEMEX’s positive impact on more than 16.1 million people worldwide. It also highlights the company's commitment to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of more people through the creation of strategic alliances that allow it to offer available resources and experiences to everyone.
CEMEX participated in the ARISE Mexico Forum: Resilience for all, promoting sustainability and corporate responsibility inside and outside of companies to generate value for interest groups that foster the development of a more resilient environment. Similarly, the company seeks to promote a sustainable future through various multisectoral projects, strategies, and alliances.
